OUR NEW GIVING PLATFORM
Thank you for your support of the Kingdom's work through your faithful giving through our Highland Baptist Church AWARE / Church On app and PayPal platforms.
However, due to the rising costs of our multiple online giving platforms and our need for greater financial accountability, we have decided to consolidate all of our online giving platforms to Planning Center Online. Because of the nature of managing so many recurring gifts, we need your help in this conversion process.
We would like for you to take 5 minutes and cancel your current recurring gift through AWARE and/or PayPal, and set up your gift on the new Planning Center giving system before May 1, 2020. It is our goal to shut down the old systems by the end of May 2020, which will allow for us to save our church from paying for and managing three systems moving forward. Below are instructions on how you can make changes to your online giving platform:
How to Transfer Recurring Giving from AWARE / CHURCH ON APP to PLANNING CENTER ONLINE
Click the link to "My Giving" in the bottom left corner.
Enter the first name, phone number, and email address associated to the recurring gift.
Choose whether you would like the access link to be sent to your phone number via text message or email.
Click "Send Access Link.”
Open the link and cancel your recurring gift.
Return to www.highlandbaptist.com/giving
Click the "Give Now" button
Enter your amount and select the correct "Fund"
Setup the frequency of your recurring gift.
Enter your email and name and click "Continue"
Follow the directions to enter your payment method and finalize your gift by enter your Bank information, Debit Card, or Credit Card. Please consider giving via Bank Transfer (ACH). This method has the smallest processing fee ($0.25 per transaction) which allows more of your gift to be used for ministry.
How to Transfer Recurring Giving from PayPal to PLANNING CENTER ONLINE
Visit https://www.paypal.com/
Log in to your account with the email associated with your recurring gift.
Click the gear in the top right corner.
Click “Payments” in the sub menu near the top
Click “Manage Automatic Payments”
Cancel your recurring gift to Highland Baptist Church.
Return to www.highlandbaptist.com/giving
Click the "Give Now" button
Enter your amount and select the correct "Fund"
Setup the frequency of your recurring gift.
Enter your email and name and click "Continue"

Additionally, you can give through our new church app CHURCH CENTER. This is the same as the new planning center platform. Here you can manage your gifts, join a small group, register for events, and manage your profile. Please help us keep our records up to date. Thank you for your gifts to the Lord’s work!
Download the app from your app store, enable location, select Highland Baptist Church as your church, login with your phone number, and you’re all set!
